Cancellation conditions

In case the agreement should be cancelled the accommodation provider must be informed by the client or mediator by fax, e-mail or mail. The cancellation is only possible before the beginning of the accommodation under these conditions:

• 15% of the price of the whole service under 60 days
• 30% of the price of the whole service from 59-31 days
• 80% of the price of the whole service from 30-8 days
• 100% of the price of the whole service under 7 days or without cancellation
